My Letter To You:

All of my life I struggled with my body, finding love, and making money. I grew up at war with my body, struggling to accept that I was 6 feet tall with boobs up to my chin and that I stood out and looked different because of it. I was sexualized and got unwanted attention for my body from a young age and as a result, I wanted to hide, cover up, and not be seen. I struggled to feel at home and safe in my body. I was mad at it for not looking how I wanted it to and took my unhappiness, frustration, and anger out on it. I emotionally ate and turned to food for comfort to escape how I was feeling. It wasn’t until I started taking care of myself, eating healthy, and prioritizing feeling good, that my relationship with my body started to change. I’m going to share with you the tools, tips, and tricks that helped me love and accept my body for all that it does for me and feel so empowered, nourished, and supported in it. I can honestly say I love my body so much now and I effortlessly maintain my dream figure. I want this for you, too. Looking at my relationship with my body also helped me unpack and uncover the blocks that were holding me back from attracting love and money. Everything is connected because everything is energy. I struggled attracting emotionally unavailable men because I was so emotionally numb, guarded, and closed. Or I’d attract a great guy who loved and adored me but was more in their feminine because I was so in my masculine. Not to mention I’d run from these guys and self-sabotage because emotional intimacy was not something I was about to do, LOL. What I really craved and desired at a soul level was a divine masculine man who would support, protect, and provide for me in the ways I wanted. That meant I had to embody my true feminine essence which led me down a whole road of inner child healing, shadow work, and cracking open to my emotions. I realized I didn’t value, love, or have high self-worth with myself which also translated into my money. I grew up with so much money noise and trauma even though from the outside looking in, my family was well off. I was told I had to work hard for what I wanted (both my parents are Capricorn moons, LOL), that I couldn’t have what I wanted, and that it wasn’t safe for me to have, hold, and experience money. And that’s not even scratching the surface of it. I learned I didn’t trust myself, masculine energy, or the Universe. Basically, money reflected my abandonment wounds. Ouch! And wouldn’t you know, healing my relationship with intimacy, masculine energy, God, and myself helped me to attract love and money.

I want you to know that it is possible for you to heal. I am a living, breathing, walking, talking example of that. If I can heal, you can, too. Wherever you’re at now does not have to be where you’re at forever. You can change, grow, transform, expand, and heal your relationship with your body, love, and money and I’m here to help you do it. I’ll share with you everything that I’ve learned first-hand and I’ll be there to support you every step of the way.
